The they I went to work (three weeks ago on monday) a lorry came with my interior 10minutes before I had to leave. Rushed the seats in the house, and drove to the boat.
Today, I came home, and had time to see the seats for the first time.
Conclusion: I`m in love!!!
Thanks to Quarry Motors in the UK for being helpful to send to Norway. It did cost, but it`s worth it!
Now the seats are carried in the living room, and treated with some Swissvax-products :)
The spring can`t come fast enough!!
Litle bad iPhone-pic of one of the seat.. More to come guys :)

Don`t realy think my seats are real Recaro.. Probably just put on this letters from another seat.. This is an original E30 sports leather I think! The nicest and best interior for E30 I think ;)Sorry for my bad language, I`m Norwegian ;)

You used lighter fluid to clean the leather? Why to strip any previous wax or other type build up off of them?
I have never heard of that technique, results came out nice but I'd be nervous of down the road hide cracking.
edit: Just did a quick google search on it with mixed results I see. I am glad it worked well for you. I can't see myself using that technique any time soon. I'd rather just go to a horse saddle shop and get some leather cleaners they have.Last edited by M-technik-3; 01-20-2013, 09:17 AM.Comment

Yes.. To clean them 100%.. And make the "fat" and other non-clean things away form the seats. The manual of the products from Swisswax tell me to use it. And the Detailers Club here in Norway are also using lighter fluid to make the leather 100% clean. Works well, and the color went to be great :)Sorry for my bad language, I`m Norwegian ;)
